When you bring your device in-store, an engineer will diagnose the problem and provide a full quote for its repair.
If we need to investigate the problem, we’ll ask you to pay a small fee for the diagnosis, which will be deducted from the final repair costs.
Once you book your device in, the engineer will open it up to investigate the problem and identify the model numbers for any parts that may needed to be replaced.
We'll confirm the final price and then you can instruct us to proceed with the repair.
All our work is guaranteed for quality.
Any recurring problems will be fixed at no extra charge.
Most repairs are completed within 3 working days.
Some repairs maybe completed within 24 hours.
Repairs may take longer if we need to order parts (up to 5 days from the UK, longer if ordered from overseas)
