Computer Training

The Challenge
One of the hardest challenges when managing a business is ensuring your most important assets, your staff, have the vital IT knowledge to help your business succeed. The easiest way to achieve this is to call us. We will arrange MS Office 2003 (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), bespoke systems or applications training sessions to improve staff productivity.

Training Delivery
Whether it is one-to-one or group sessions, we will deliver a course that is flexible to your staffing requirements. We understand that circumstances arise that may mean your staff are needed elsewhere and are willing to adapt the course to ensure that the project deadline and budget are not exceeded.

Training Administration
We can organise and administer your training courses so that you can focus on running your business. We can schedule courses, manage bookings, issue joining instructions, ensure required resources are available and carry out course administration.

User Manual Design
This is essential for bespoke systems, as there is not an accessible off the shelf guide. We can learn the system and provide a step-by-step guide on how to use it. We can create general manuals that cover all aspects of using the software or role focused manuals that your staff can use to assist them in their job, using the new system.

If you would like to discuss a potential training project or courseware development, obtain a quote or find out more about how we can help you, please contact us with a brief overview of your requirements and we will be in touch for an initial consultation.
